For top base we use standard kossel designed top corner, partly because we had that at hand and partially it displayed great flexibility with aluminium extrusions. I had trouble finding proper extrusions and screw sets so i decided to make alternative use of square hollow 1 cm stability and connector extrusion, and for slider i chose, quite poorly in retrospect, round full core aluminium 8 mm. This can be improved but at expense of weight i decided to stick with these.
Bellow we have adapters for square extrusion i designed for this printer. This solution proved easy for print but also provides for some more flexibility of adjustments after full frame assembly.
Also here is reverse version of adapter, for full printer you will need three sets of base and adapters.
Print these parts with minimum 30% infill, i use 100% on all stability parts. These were printed using nozzles 0.3 to 0.5 mm diameter with great success.
